A historic cod-fishing town, a harbour right in the centre, and one of the finest museums on the coast. The Palais Bénédictine — half museum, half distillery — is a 19th-century folly you should see at least once.
Museum + distillery + collections of medieval furniture. Built in 1882 to make the liqueur of the same name. A 90-minute guided tour, with a tasting at the end. As strange as it is magnificent.

The Notre-Dame du Salut chapel
On the cliff, 110 m above the sea. An 11th-century sailors' chapel, a 270° view, and a wooden viewing platform that makes you feel you're about to fall. Thirty minutes on foot from town.
